Car Maintenance Schedule Spreadsheet

car maintenance spreadsheet repair upkeep
Helps keep track of your car maintenance information, and shows you when a maintenance item is due. It even lets you know when an item is overdue, by highlighting the due date in red. This is a very handy tool for those of us who are a bit forgetful or don’t know when to perform scheduled car maintenance.

Hi Sean, Can I suggest adding to replace oxygen sensor into the sheet? Everything works great and love how it shows up red when attention is required. Keep up the good work.

Hey, I have been working on a more in depth car maintenance spread sheet and I was wondering what formula you used in yours to get it to show in red and have the date that the next maintenance is due. You locked your spread sheet so I cant view the formula or change anything. I will send you the one I have when its done.

Hi Matt,

I used Conditional Formatting, and set it to turn the background red and the letters white if the date exceeded today(). I’ll be glad to post your car maintenance spreadsheet here if you’d like, once it’s done.

Wow this is a really handy tool. I don’t know much about car maintenance and with being quite forgetful this has come as a huge help. It is brilliant that when something is overdue it turns red so you know what has to be done quickly.

Car maintenance can be a pain to keep track of. Life always seems to get in the way. Having a spreadsheet seems to simplify the process and it helps when you go to sell the car to someone. You will have proof of how well you kept your car.

I’m putting together a discussion group to learn what people want to track about their vehicle, and see if there is an opportunity to build a solution to meet those needs.
