Similar to David Bach's famous Latte Factor®, but for those of us who prefer our coffee straight and black. Seriously, though, this is a handy Excel spreadsheet that helps you to determine just how much your habits cost you. For example, did you know that your pack-a-day smoking habit could turn into an extra $262,000 or so at retirement (depending on your age)? Get the facts, and then decide whether any habit or regular purchase is worth continuing.

Very interesting calculator. It really puts things in perspective our little day to day purchases can mount up over the years. Spending $4 on a coffee at starbucks compared the the few cents it costs at home or at work is another example of this.
