Master Information Sheet

free spreadsheet master information sheet

If you've ever lost a credit card, you know how important it is to know your card number and how to contact the card issuer to report it lost or stolen. I use this spreadsheet to record my card numbers and expiration dates, contact information, bank account and routing numbers, account numbers for monthly bills, and addresses for all of the above accounts. It's darn handy to have all this info in one place.

When you use this spreadsheet to store your personal information, make sure to password protect it.

I'll add that to my "list of Excel spreadsheets to make". I don't have one right now, but look for it in the future.

Sam

Hi All,

While the intention of this spreadsheet is to help you, I believe that you should never ever store your account information in any electronic format.

Additionally, the internet is filled with password recovery programs and hacks, especially to open excel spreadsheets.

Use at your own risk.

@Sam,

Good point. This spreadsheet should be printed out and used as a paper template. DO NOT SAVE PERSONAL INFO TO THIS SPREADSHEET. Thanks for the clarification, Sam.

Excellent point, with one spreadsheet you can have access to a person's entire financial ifnormation.
