Millionaire Calculator

millionaire calculator spreadsheet wealth calculator
Ever wondered just how long it will take for you to save a million dollars? This spreadsheet will let you enter just a few simple figures, and calculates the exact month that you’ll be a millionaire. In addition, it shows you exactly what your accumulated savings will be for every month between now and the date you achieve millionairehood. It’s fun to play around with the figures to see just what it will take to make you a millionaire.

It would be nice to have the Millionaire calculator assume investment growth without having to manually create a formula. No one would invest an exact constant amount for say 20 or 30 years, assuming people get even a small raise.

I think it’s a great tool to get a bird’s eye view of what it would take to achieve a certain goal – all things being equal (as Economists like to say)! It provides a starting point for planning purposes (best case/worse case scenarios). Thanks for sharing!

The millionaire Calculator is zipped and cannot be downloaded to my Excel.
Please let me know if it can be available in the 2003 version of Excel
